Redmi has added one more smartphone to its Redmi Note 10 series. Chinese phone maker Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi Note 10s in India. Now they are aiming to expand Redmi Note 10 Lineup with the first 5G Smartphone. As we saw a series of teasers of the Redmi Note 10T, and now the company confirmed yesterday that the smartphone will launch in the country on July 20.

Redmi Note 10T 5G: Specs & Features (Expected)
It is expected that the Redmi Note 10T 5G will be a rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G. It’ll come with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel has 500 nits of peak brightness and a resolution of 2400x1080p.
The Redmi Note 10T powered by Dimensity 700 chipset is based on MediaTek’s 7nm SoC technology with 5G support. The device has 8GB of RAM and storage expandable up to 256GB. Redmi 10T will be available globally in three configurations, including 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB. Currently, it’s not confirmed which storage variant Xiaomi will launch in India.
In-camera department, the device comes with a pack of triple camera setup at the back. It includes a 48MP primary lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. In front, it has an 8MP selfie camera in the punch hole cutout.
Moreover, the device comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging, and It will also support 5G, a USB-C port for charging and data transfer, and a 3.5mm audio jack with dual SIM support.
The device will be available in four colours, Nebula Ash, Bamboo Azurite, Sunny Mountain Blue and Moon Shadow Silver. MIUI 12.5 is expected to be the default operating system, based on Android 11.
Price and AvailabilityΒ
Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 10 5G smartphone in China for a starting price of 1,099 CNY, around 12,500 rupees in Indian rupees. Xiaomi has not revealed the Indian price of the Redmi Note 10T 5G variants. However, the device is likely to be priced under RS 15,000 and should compete in the midrange smartphone market.
