Reliance has given a gift to all its Prime members. The company has announced to extend the Prime membership of all Prime users for next 12 months without any additional cost.
If you are already a Primer member of Jio, you do not need to pay anything for now and your membership expires March 31, 2019. All you need to do is, open the MyJio app and express interest to get the complimentary membership for the next 12 months. This is the limited period offer but the company has no given any time line or condition for that.
To get these benefits, users can download MyJio app > express your interest in the complimentary offer and that’s about it. Some of the benefits received by Reliance Jio Prime members include low tariffs for data and free calls, access to several Jio apps that let users view live channels, videos, tv shows and more.
“With the on-going augmentation of content offerings and consumer engagement programs, Jio is gearing up to bring new and superior experiences with the PRIME program and will ensure that Prime members get substantially better benefits than the counterparts in the industry”, said the brand in the release
Truth be told, most industry experts felt that Jio will increase the fees for Prime membership. Not many saw Jio offering the membership extension for free, not us at least.
