Redmi Y2 have almost same design as the Redmi Note 5 and the phone will be available for users in Gold, Dark Grey, and Rose Gold Colors. The phone is build with plastic material but has a metallic finish.

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is powered by the Snapdragon 636 processor and runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo. This phone offers three variants- 3GB/32GB, 4GB/64GB, and 6GB/64GB options. The storage can be expanded up to 2TB.
Camera
The Redmi Y2 offers a 16MP front camera to click beautiful selfie pictures. It also has front LED flash to take selfies in low lighting. It also has an AI feature in the phone to auto-enhance the selfies and pictures clicked by the phone. The phone features dual camera setup on the rear side with 12MP Primary and 5MP secondary lens. The camera can be called the main highlight of the phone.

So in this case, Asus Zenfone beats the Redmi Y2 because of its huge battery storage. But Redmi Y2 have just a battery enough to pass out a day with the phone.

Redmi Y2 is a brilliant handset but no doubt Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 will be a great choice for you if you can expense your budget a bit more. Redmi Y2 have a powerful camera but Asus Zenfone also features a dual camera. Also, Asus Zenfone beats Y2 in the battery department. So I think you should increase your budget a bit more and surely go for the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.
