Netflix Collaborate With Tata Sky

Tata Sky and Netflix today entered into a strategic partnership. Through this partnership in India, in the coming months, subscribers of both Tata Sky and Netflix will have easy access to a world of content through future Tata Sky platforms.

Netflix said the feature will be rolling out in the coming months and will enable Tata Sky subscribers to browse and access the entire Netflix catalogue in India, including television shows, films, documentaries, stand-up comedy series and kid’s titles.

Tata Sky subscribers will be able to browse and access the entire Netflix service, including TV shows, films, documentaries, stand-up comedy and kid’s titles. Netflix’s service includes over a thousand hours of Ultra HD content, complementing Tata Sky’s extensive high-quality programming.

The details of how this partnership will work is however sparse at the moment. Tata Sky MD & CEO Harit Nagpal said in a statement that they will soon “announce the offering possible with this partnership”

“Tata Sky’s partnership with Netflix adds another dimension to providing world-wide quality content On-Demand for our subscribers. We are glad to include Netflix in our family and look forward to keep offering an extraordinary entertainment experience to all our subscribers.” said Nagpal.

“With this new partnership and Netflix’s line up of original content from across the world, Tata Sky’s customers will be able to access and enjoy all the best entertainment they love in one place.” said Bill Holmes, global head of business development for Netflix.
